With the success of the Bulls Indian restart business it was decided to buy the house next door, No 100 Church street. This was converted into another restaurant area and most importantly a new modern kitchen. The "New Kitchen" opened in 2003 and enabled all meals to be served in the restaurants without having to serve them via the bar area when the "original Kitchen" Games Room was in use.
